Sourcing, Custom Manufacturing and Quality Control

Three services that cover the parts of buying in China where most importers lose money or time. Use one of them, or let us run the whole order.

Supply Chain Management

The easiest way to lose control of an order is to spread it across five suppliers and three forwarders. We take the coordination role so that you have one point of contact, one consolidated price and one version of the truth about where your goods actually are.

  • Supplier sourcing and vetting — we check business licence, production capability and whether the factory really makes what it claims to make.
  • Order consolidation — several suppliers, one shipment, one set of documents where possible.
  • Production follow-up — we chase the factory so you do not have to, and tell you early when a date is going to slip.
  • Logistics coordination — booking, documentation and communication with your forwarder or ours.

Customize Products (OEM / ODM)

If you have a drawing, a competitor sample or just a clear idea of what the product should do, we can develop it. We work with factories that are comfortable with small first runs, so you can test the market before committing to tooling and volume.

  • Sample development — from sketch or reference sample, with revision rounds until it is right.
  • Packaging and branding — retail boxes, labels, manuals and private-label artwork.
  • Material and component selection — we tell you where a cheaper material changes the product, and where it does not.
  • Small-lot production — start with a quantity that matches your real demand, not the factory’s minimum run if it can be avoided.

Quality Control in China

A factory that can produce a good sample cannot always produce a good container. Inspection is how you find that out while you still have leverage — before the balance payment and before the goods are on the water.

  • In-line checks — we visit during production, not only at the end, when problems are still cheap to fix.
  • Pre-shipment inspection — quantity, workmanship, function, packing and carton marking against your specification.
  • Photo and defect reporting — a written report with photographs, so you can see what we saw.
  • Corrective follow-up — we stay on the factory until rework or replacement is actually done.
