CTO Group Co.,Ltd has worked with overseas importers for more than ten years — sourcing products, developing custom items and checking quality before goods leave the country.
What We Do
We are based in China and work for buyers who are not. That means we spend our time in factories, at inspection and on the phone to suppliers — the parts of the process that are difficult to do well from another time zone.
Most of our work falls into three areas: managing the supply chain for an order, developing custom products from a drawing or sample, and controlling quality so that what arrives matches what was agreed. Many clients start with one of the three and end up using all of them.
How We Work
We would rather give you an honest “this will not work” early than an optimistic answer that costs you a deposit. Concretely, that means:
- One contact person for the whole order, answering in English.
- Cost breakdowns you can read — unit price, tooling, packaging and freight shown separately.
- No shipping without approval — you see the sample, and you see the inspection report.
- Straight answers on lead time, including when a date is at risk.
Where We Add Value
On the ground
We can visit a factory, stand next to the production line and look at your goods. Distance is where most surprises come from.
Commercially clear
We tell you what a factory is good at and what it is not, and we separate our service fee from the product cost.
For the long term
Repeat orders, stable suppliers and problems fixed quietly in the background are the point of the relationship.
