This agreement template can be used when an external person or art company is hired to facilitate part of the creative project, whether by organizing workshops, overseeing the creative process, or otherwise. It could be adapted for hiring a curator for the project. Before using this agreement, we encourage the parties to read the Artists in Black fact sheet? Collaborative artistic projects.
