We can also calculate the payment fees refunded in the maximum amount allowed by law. If you do not pay on time and we return your account to a third party for pickup, a pickup fee will be charged by T-Mobile and payable at the time of the third-party transfer. You and we agree that if you do not pay the amounts due on time, we may transfer your account for collection, and the collection office may claim in a minor debt court a strictly limited fee to recover outstanding amounts and to all interest or collection costs authorized by law or by this agreement. If your account is not paid or is not in good condition, your service may be reduced, suspended or terminated. The agreement is the full agreement between you and us regarding the rights you have over your service, except as required by law, and you cannot rely on other documents or statements from sales or service representatives or other agents.
